POOLPOINT is a Chinese manufacturer of aftermarket replacement parts for pool equipment. We supply distributors, importers and online sellers in the United States — not end consumers, and not through a trading company.

What we actually do

We manufacture replacement parts that fit equipment made by Hayward, Pentair, Jandy, Sta-Rite and Zodiac — pump seals and impellers, filter grids and laterals, multiport valve keys and spider gaskets, unions, o-rings and pressure gauges.

Every part in our catalog is cross-referenced to the OEM numbers your customers already quote. That index — 625 numbers across 388 parts — is the reason buyers come to us: you can look up a number you already have instead of describing a part you cannot name.

How we are different from a trading company

We own the tooling and the moulding machines. That means we control quality, lead time and cost directly, and it means we can run private-label and custom packaging without going through a middleman who marks up both.

It also means we will tell you when we cannot make something. A trading company sources whatever you ask for and hopes it fits. We would rather lose one line item than send you a part that fails in a customer’s pool.

Where we ship from — and what that means for you

All orders ship from our factory in China. We do not operate a United States warehouse, and we will not pretend otherwise: if you need a part on a customer’s deck tomorrow, we are not your supplier.

What we are good at is the other half of your business — the container-load restock, the private-label programme, the line item your current supplier keeps backordering. Typical lead time is [lead time] after order confirmation, MOQ from 50 pcs per item.
