This policy explains what we collect when you use poolpointparts.com, why we collect it, and what we do with it. We are a business-to-business supplier; we do not sell to consumers and we do not sell data to anyone.
What we collect
When you submit the quote form we collect the name, company, business email, country, part numbers, quantity and message you enter. That is the only personal information we ask for.
Our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and troubleshooting. We do not run advertising trackers or sell any of it.
Why we collect it
To answer your enquiry, prepare a quotation, and keep a record of what was quoted so we can honour it later. That is the whole purpose. We do not add you to a marketing list unless you ask us to.
Who else sees it
Your enquiry is stored in our database and emailed to our sales team through a third-party email service. Those providers process the data on our instructions and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes. We do not share enquiries with other customers, suppliers or data brokers.
How long we keep it
