An air-relief inquiry needs more detail than the filter brand. The removable bleeder, relief body, pressure gauge and combined valve-and-gauge assembly are different purchasing items. Identify the filter and the failed component before selecting a replacement.
Record the problem and the model
Photograph the filter label and the installed relief hardware. Note whether the complaint is recurring air, a visible drip, a damaged valve or a questionable gauge reading. Replacing a relief part does not establish why air entered the system in the first place; ask the service technician to assess that separately.
Follow the specific filter manual for shutdown, pressure release and restart. Never loosen a filter lid, clamp or fitting while the vessel is pressurized. If the relief mechanism cannot be operated, stop and obtain qualified service rather than trying to release pressure by loosening another component.

The XStream relief assembly is not a filter cartridge. The Pentair bleeder is not just a loose O-ring. The Sta-Rite assembly is not a gauge-only listing. Use the component name and full model together when requesting a quote.
Check what is included
For a complete assembly, confirm the valve or body, seals and gauge separately on the packing list. For a small service part, compare its connection, thread and seal seat with the removed item. Ask for a sample or drawing when dimensions cannot be read from the existing part.
A knob kit is another distinct item. Our StarClear Plus CX900G kit concerns locking-knob service hardware; the presence of a vent component in a bundle does not make the whole kit equivalent to an XStream relief valve.
Keep fitment claims specific
The references above do not establish universal fit across all DE, sand and cartridge filters from the same manufacturer. A different filter series, relief body or mounting arrangement needs its own confirmation.
Browse XStream parts or TR100C parts. For a quote, send the full model, fitting photographs, required assembly contents and quantity. That gives the supplier a concrete configuration to confirm before you approve stock.
