Check Valve Cover with Flapper Assembly — an aftermarket check valve dimensioned to drop into Jandy valve assemblies without modification. In service it allows flow in one direction only and prevents backflow into the pump or heater when the system stops. Replacement is routine: the flapper hinge fatigues and the seat wears, allowing reverse flow and loss of prime. Ours is dimensionally checked against an OEM sample before tooling is signed off.
