The Heater Manifold Kit, 200,000 BTU, Replacement for Sta-Rite is an aftermarket heater manifold built to replace the original component in Sta-Rite heating, sanitizing and lighting equipment. In service it carries pool water into and out of the heat exchanger and houses the bypass that sets how much of the flow passes through the tubes. It is a wear item: the manifold corrodes at the header face or the bypass seat wears, so the joint weeps and the exchanger stops seeing the flow split it was designed for. Ours is molded in reinforced thermoplastic.
