Product overview
This gasket is a compatible replacement for the Raypak original, supplied as the Flat Header Gasket, 3/4-Inch ID, 9-Pack, for 185A, 265A, 335A and 405A Heaters, Replacement for Raypak. In service it seals the joint between two housing faces and keeps the circuit pressure-tight. It is a wear item: the material compresses permanently and loses its rebound, so the joint begins to weep under pressure. Ours is molded in EPDM rubber.
